Plymouth voted the best place to live in the UK

Good news for Landlords and Tenants in Plymouth!

As a leading local Letting Agent it is great news to hear that a survey has just identified Plymouth as one of the best places to move to in the UK.  Different data was analysed such as education, childcare, low crime rates, local amenities and affordable property and this revealed that Plymouth is now the number one place to live in the UK.

Plymouth scores highly in all those categories and that means people love to live here. They have great facilities and opportunities for their children and they are surrounded by the most beautiful local landscapes with the Moors and stunning beaches right on the doorstep. Water sports such as sailing are also a high spot of life in Plymouth.

This is great for landlords and means that property to let in Plymouth rents easily. There are so many positives about the city that it draws high quality tenants to the area who want to benefit from the relatively relaxed and family oriented lifestyle of Devon; the work /lifestyle balance that can be achieved here is second to none.
