Mariska has been managing the Letting Agency, Executive Lets, with a career break for children, since 1990. She brings an incredible wealth of experience to the business, is a member of ARLA and trained in Letting Law through TFP.
My goal has always been two fold, both to carefully manage our clients property so that it gives a financial return whilst growing in value as an asset, and to provide safe and comfortable homes to rent that are of the best standard within each price brand

Deanne has worked for Executive Lets since 1999, she joined the company as a Junior Administrator and worked her way up to Office Manager. Deanne has vast practical experience within the Lettings Industry and is ARLA qualified and TFP trained.
I very much enjoy supporting Mariska in the running of the business, over the years we have expanded and developed our practices to give the best possible service and remain the leader in our field.
Sandy Francis F.A.R.L.A
Senior Property Valuer
Sandy has worked for Executive Lets since 1995 as a Senior Property Valuer, she brings huge experience to the Company having been valuing properties to rent in Plymouth for nearly 20 years. Sandy is a Fellow of ARLA, has lettings qualifications and TFP training in current Lettings Law. Sandy is expert in advising Landlords of how best to present their properties for rental and also has much experience in advising Buy to Let Landlords.

Senior Property Negotiator
Carla has worked as Senior Property Valuer for Executive Lets since 2001. She is a member of ARLA and achieved the NAEA Level 3 Award in Residential Lettings in 2007. Her knowledge of the local area and friendly helpful personality enables her to assist prospective tenants in finding their ideal home to rent and to find suitable tenants for Landlords.

Janine has worked at Executive Lets for 8 years and is one of our lettings negotiators. Janine believes there is a right tenant for every property. Her extensive knowledge of Plymouth and its environs means she is excellent at finding the right property to meet each tenants personal needs such as being near the right school, near work or to suit travel needs.
I am really happy when I can find someone their new ideal property, it really gives me a buzz to see how happy our customers are when they find their new home!
Lettings Manager - Currently on Maternity Leave
Laura has worked at Executive Lets since 2007, starting as a lettings negotiator and is now our Lettings Manager, also with lettings law qualifications from TFP. She has a great eye for detail and ensures that a tenant is suitable, that their requirements for the property have been met and that all the legal agreements have been correctly drawn up.
I love meeting tenants when they come to sign their agreements and collect keys as moving into their new home is such a happy day for them. Its good to be able to reassure landlords that we have found tenants who are going to look after their property well
Assistant Lettings Manager
Lucy was employed by Executive Lets for over five years, before leaving to travel Australia. Whilst there, she gained further experience in property management, working for a popular real estate agency.
She has since worked in administration and HR, but realised her passion is property and has re-joined the team at Executive Lets.

Emma joined Executive Lets in 2013 bringing with her a wealth of experience in Lettings in Bradford. Emma is keen to assist prospective tenants to find a home here in a city she has fallen in love with.
I enjoy organising the advertising for our properties in Print, on Property Portals, our window,website and through Social Media. Its great being able to present our clients properties in the best possible way

Louise joined Executive Lets in 2014 as a Lettings Administrator, with her years working in the Hotel Industry standing her in good stead.
I love the daily buzz of working in such a busy office and with such a friendly experienced team. Lettings is a complex business governed by many laws and regulations but the training here is first class
Fiona, our Maintenance Manager , has worked at Executive Lets since 2008. She ensures that all maintenance is carried out in a timely manner and that all legal requirements for safe rental property are covered. She has a team of qualified, trusted and experienced contractors to call on for all maintenance issues and ensures jobs are well carried out before payments are made to contractors. Fiona is famous for going the extra mileť for our landlords and tenants.
Senior Maintenance Assistant
Jeff joined Executive Lets as our maintenance Administrator in November 2012 . He supports Fiona in everyday matters of property maintenance,liaising with Landlord,tenants and contractors to ensure maintenance concerns are addressed satisfactorily. Jeff has many years of hands on experience in the property maintenance industry and can often be heard advising on and resolving maintenance issues over the phone. Jeff is known throughout the company as the " Boiler Guru "
Samantha has joined Executive Lets in November 2014 as a maintenance administrator. This is her first position within lettings.

Sarah joined Executive Lets in 2015 as a lettings administrator and has picked up all the complexities of property letting very fast & has now moved on to become a Deposits administrator and is looking forward to further lettings law training. Julie has worked for Executive Lets as our Accounts Manager and Assistant Office Manager since 2008. Julie supervises all Clients money and therefore ensures that rents are collected on time and deals with Rent and Legal claims. Julie is experienced and trained in all Lettings Law and can advise Landlords from initial drawing up of Agreements to issuing notices to end a tenancy.
Once a property is Let we build up a real relationship with all our clients so that they know we are only a phone call away should they have any queries
Lisa, currently an Accounts Administrator has worked at Executive Lets since 2003 across all the departments. She is experienced in maintenance, lettings and viewings and therefore can assist you in most queries to do with renting a property through Executive Lets. Lisa has a friendly â€ścan doâ€ť approach in all situations and sees any problem as a challenge to solve.

Mel has worked at Executive Lets since 2008 as an Accounts Administrator. She is incredibly fast and accurate in her work ensuring that Landlords are paid all money due to them in a timely manner. She is also happy to assist all our clients when they have accounts queries.
